One Hungry Mami (AKA Brenda) has created the best breakfast option for this warming weather. So good, I could have it for lunch and dinner too.

Gluten, Dairy and Sugar Free

Cook time: 0 mins
Serves: 1


3 frozen ripe bananas
1 large handful of baby spinach leaves
Water from 1 young coconut
Juice of half a lemon
Extra water if too thick

Toppings of Choice

We used:
Kiwi fruit
Dragon fruit
Freeze dried mango


Place all ingredients into a Vitamix and blend.

Pour into a breakfast bowl and top with desired toppings.
