Everyone knows the way to my heart is a smoothie and this one from KeenWah‘s Jess was right up there with the delicious textured crunch on top! LOVE!

Gluten, Dairy and Sugar Free
Prep time: 5 mins
Cook time: 0 mins
Serves: 2-4 glasses


1 avocado
1 1/2 tbs organic cacao powder
2 cups almond milk (we recommend insideout almond milk)
2 frozen bananas
½ cup frozen berries
Handful of KeenWah Granola as a topping

To make the smoothie

Cut the avocado in half and remove pip.
Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Sprinkle the KeenWah Granola on top. Enjoy drinking/eating with a spoon!
