This is a mental wellness activity workbook that takes you through my 15 favourite tools to help deal with mental blocks and struggles.
I've set this program out over 3 different stages. The first establishes your current mental strengths and weaknesses. The second part of the program works through unblocking fears and mental limitations. And the final part of the course is all about manifesting, scripting and goal setting for success.
