MEDIUM (1.5km - 2.5km)
This is an 8-week swimming program with 3 sessions per week designed to dramatically increase your speed, stamina and overall fitness. These sessions will keep you entertained and focused ... trust me, there are no boring laps up & down the black line.
Each sessions of the week has a different focus:
- Sprints - short & fast (HIIT)
- Endurance - long & steady (LISS)
- Anaerobic - building fitness & stamina
