EXPERT Training Program

There are 3 sessions per week starting at 2.5km in week one and building up to 4km by week 8. This level program is great for people who have previously done squad swimming, masters training or are preparing from an Iron Man or long-distance swimming event. The program is designed to dramatically increase your speed, stamina and overall fitness throughout the 8-weeks.

  • Sprints - short & fast (HIIT)
  • Endurance - long & steady (LISS)
  • Anaerobic - building fitness & stamina
