Swimming Workouts

Select:

 

LEVEL 1 = 600m - 1.5km

LEVEL 2 = 1.5km - 2.5km

LEVEL 3 = 2.5km - 4km

 

This is an 8-week swimming program designed to dramatically increase your speed, stamina and overall fitness. There are 3 workouts a week, each with a different focus.

These sessions will keep you entertained and focused ... trust me, there are no boring laps up & down the black line. 

Choose which level best suits your ability level and previous swimming experience.
