LEVEL 1 = 700m - 1.6km

LEVEL 2 = 1.5km - 2.8km

LEVEL 3 = 2.5km - 4km


This is an 8-week swimming program designed to dramatically increase your speed, stamina and overall cardiovascular fitness. There are 3 workouts a week, each with a different focus.
