There are 3 sessions per week, with week one staring at 600m sessions building up to 1500m sessions by week 8 of the program. Level 1 is a great beginners program if you haven't done much swimming before or are preparing for a Triathalon or swim event. Over the 8 weeks you will dramatically increase your speed, stamina and overall fitness.
